Your session looks fun. Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend but in the final session on Wednesday we’ll provide an opportunity to demonstrate any interesting applications which were developed at the event. So if you have a chance to implement anything based on photos, etc taken at the event there’ll be an opportunity …

Almost got the show together now. Main pratical exercises will be to edit a mobile mapping application using geolocation API to show users location and editing a Layar Augmented Reality view to show some building on the Encliffe Village ecampus. In both cases this only involved the adition of some existing HTML/ Javascript and/or JSON so don't worry about brushing up your programming skills - not necessary. I'll bring a couple of mobile devices along for testing but if you have an iPhone 3GS or Android with compass you are welcome to use that. Download Layar from AppStore/AndroidMarket (free). Also a QR code reader might save time typing in urls. We recommend MAADqr for iPhone and i-nigma for Android. Looking a delegate list looks like a good mix of technical and technically minded.
