While innovation is important much of a Web manager's time is spent on the 'day job'. So what now constitutes the day job in a Web services team? What are the key services and what are not?
This session will consist of a number of talks about key services followed by a panel session discussing what a Web manager's day job is, what it should be and what it shouldn't be.
