Parking

Parking permits will be emailed to all delegates before the start of IWMW so there is no need to contact the events team. If you are coming by car you will need to print out your permit and place it in your car window. Information on your location and the nearest car park will be sent out before the event.

By Rail

If travelling by Rail, there is a large taxi rank at Sheffield station and we are a 15 minute drive from the station – but allow 1 hour at busy times. There is also a regular bus service which operates from the city centre – just hop on the number 40 or 120 bus (every 10 mins).

By air

Manchester, Leeds/Bradford and Nottingham East Midlands airports are all about an hour's travel time from Sheffield.

Robin Hood Airport near Doncaster is around 30 minutes away by car.

Manchester Airport is served by many domestic and international carriers and has a direct rail link to Sheffield both day and night.

Both London airports (Heathrow and Gatwick) are reasonably accessible by rail with just one change of train. We recommend you to allow at least four hours travel time between either of these airports and Sheffield.
